I love Kristen Bell, Sarah Michelle Geller, eh. But I'd have to disagree with realtvaddict's Michael Hawk, because Alison Haislip is my #1 tv blonde. She is smart, sexy, super awesome, hysterical and most of all, everybody freaking loves her!
