Another cool Google Maps Mashup - Dig to the other side of the world from your backyard

Q: What happens if you dig straight down?
A: You'll pop out the other side of the world.

Adam Davis from Michigan, who runs the basics.com site came up with the Google Maps mashup called Dig Hole. The point of this mashup is to allow users to drag a map to a location of their choice and simultaneously see on another map where they would end up, should they dig through the Earth, directly to the other side.

Again, if we select Los Angeles, CA, we end up somewhere in the middle of the Indian Ocean.
