Oh my gosh I can't believe it

Legoland is scheduled to open in Florida on October 15th

And I learned about it all from a soda can coupon.

I've never been to a legoland much less heard of one, but I can only imagine what this place has in store!

Their website says "..more than 50 rides, shows and attractions geared for families with children ages 2 to 12."

psssh, like that's accurate? Since when are only kids into legos? Am I missing something?

So I am realizing JUST now that I never posted my wedding photos up.

Although I was terribly sick the day of the wedding, the actual theme itself was pretty cool, I must say.

I laughed so hard when I found out a British chic was claiming that the Wii turned her into a sex addict. After reading the article, I had to check the date to make sure it wasn't still April fools.

Amanda Flowers, who works in catering and clearly must have had a sexually deprived life up until now, fell off a Wii Fit board and has developed something called persistent sexual arousal syndrome. Although this syndrome is apparently real, in America we'd just say that girl is really horny and there's no need to panic, the world is lacking in that anyway.

So it's no surprise that any time Amanda is around anything vibrating or pulsing, like a cell phone or blender, that she becomes aroused. I'm pretty sure there's a lot of women out there who wish Wii Fit would turn them into a sex addict, (hand me that wiimote). But we all know better, and since the release of the Wii Fit, girls around the world have been gaming in their panties. Playboy even jumped on the bandwagon.

Amanda said to reporters: "With no cure I just have to try to control my passion by breathing deeply. Hopefully one day I'll find a superstud who can satisfy me." I can sure think of a few things to recommend to her, starting with www.adulttoys---

I can finally write that letter of resignation I have so been meaning to.

Jacques Pense, a guy who does creative advertising and design for Behance Network, developed some tasteful zombie stationary for 13th Street, an NBC-Universal owned crime and horror channel.

I personally love the staple and hole punch sheets. Makes for great love letter paper to help spice it up in the bedroom. Now somebody just needs to make vampire stationary for the never ending zombies vs. vampire battle.

Ah, the world's tiniest home is now for sale for a mere £110,000. Um, that's about $154K. This little house is 7 feet wide and 47 feet long, making it one of the smallest homes in the world. Oh, wait, there are those huts in third world countries. At 312-square feet, this tiny home sits squished between 2 houses in Toronto, Canada, and because of my affinity for tiny things, I want to buy it for the heck of it.
It even has it's own website, putting it 1 step ahead of me.

Earthquakes taking over the world?

I feel like I hear about a new devastating earthquake every week. So I wanted to find out how many earthquakes there have been so far this month, and I was surprised to find out that just yesterday, there were 60 earthquakes worldwide, ranging from 2.5 to 6.9 on the Richter scale.

The U.S. Geology Survey, (USGS), says that earthquakes of magnitude 7.0 or greater have been constant over the years. They also believe that part of the reason for so many earthquakes is the improvement in their technology over the last 20 years. They are able to detect and locate more earthquakes with the current 8,000 worldwide seismograph stations rather than 350 stations back in 1931. USGS also mentions that nowadays, more people are interested in the natural disasters and because of today's technology, lets say, the internet, people are more informed.

So my surprise to hear of the 60 earthquakes just yesterday, isn't so surprising after all. The National Earthquake information center now locates about 20,000 earthquakes annually or approximately 50 per day.

Although USGS assures us that according to their long-term records they expect about 17 major earthquakes (7.0 - 7.9) and one great earthquake (8.0 or above) in any given year, it doesn't sound very reassuring when you think about the major earthquakes hitting Haiti, Chile, Taiwan and Turkey in just two months this year.

Here is something familiar, anybody heard of the WePad?

I know, its not fair to knock down gadgets that you've never tried before. But when I heard that German company neofonie is developing the WePad, I had to smirk.

Without an actual demonstration, its unclear as to whether this new gadget will run comparably to the iPad, so I cannot be pessimistic yet. But WePad advertises using Android technology. Having first hand experience with Android on the G1 phone, I absolutely hate it. Its slow, not always responsive to your touch and not fluid at all. It freezes all the time. Having experienced such frustration with Android technology before makes me a little skeptical about it being used on other gadgets. But because the WePad is competiting with Apple's iPad, I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps the two systems running on the WePad, (Android and Linux), will improve on past issues and be used in a smart way. After all, its not entirely fair to compare the Android's poor performance on a cell phone to a tablet.

At first glance, it seems like Neofonie isn't being very original with the WePad. It looks like they took the basic design of the iPad and put their version of the iPhone OS on it. It's like what Burger King did with McDonald's sausage egg McMuffin sandwich,"it's not that original, but it's only a buck."But the guys at WePad obviously didn't watch that commercial since the price of their base WePad, the 16GB, is 449 Euro, which is about $609 which makes it significantly more expensive than the $499 16 GB iPad.

So what are the differences?
First of all, WePad says they want you to enjoy the internet your way and says it won't tell you what you can buy and do because that, to WePad, is not freedom. They say using the Android software will give developers the freedom to create any app they dream of and any app that already exists for Android will also run on the WePad.

Physically, the first thing that will jump out at you is the size. The iPad has a 9.7-inch glossy widescreen Multi-Touch display. The WePad does the same thing at 11.6 inches. Here are some more comparisons from the WePad website.

So preordering starts in Germany on April 27, with mass ordering by August 2010. But who cares about that. If the WePad is limited to Germany, what is the point?

For those of you who've seen or heard of Frank Lloyd Wright's famous "Fallingwater" house from 1934, you should immediately be able to recognize this.

A reproduction of the Fallingwater house built from the ground up with legos. This is much cooler than the original.

But don't confuse this with the original Legos Fallingwater house that has 811 pieces and is 10 inches wide. NO, that was way too small and meaningless.
This Fallingwater house is 45" by 30", includes 15,000 lego bricks and took 7 months to piece together. Thank you Matija Grguric, just a cool guy looking to build cool lego architecture. And now he wants to share his lego goodness with the world, so you can buy all sorts of lego shiznits from his online store.

For those of you who don't know what pasties are, refer to wiki. Most girls in America wear pasties to prevent the typical celebrity wardrobe malfunction that goes with wearing a revealing shirt. Pacman's visit to Saturn

A space probe sent to study Saturn exposed Pacman's last minute visit to the alien planet's moon.

The probe was measuring temperature differences across the object's surface and "produced a map that looks just like the 1980s Pac-Man video games icon," according to Scientists.

Scientists are puzzled, (big surprise), questioning why the moon, would show such variations in temperature, explaining that perhaps some surface textures could retain heat better than others. The moon is 250 miles across and has a scar called the Herschel Crater which resembles the Death Star from Star Wars, yet another funny coincidence.

With the release of the latest electric car from Nissan, I can't help but wonder, why can't there be a good looking eco-friendly car? The newest addition to the green car market is the Nissan Leaf, coming in at $25,000.

If you're going to dish out that much money shouldn't the car actually look somewhat decent? Who comes up with these unattractive, "you'll never get a date with that car" designs?

And why does it seem like every eco-friendly car has a flat front like this Prius?

What was Honda thinking when they came out with the Insight?

Toyota didn't really step up its game by releasing the Toyota Yaris, because while it may be environmentally friendly, it still looks like a big ball of fluff, in other words, not sexy.

I understand these cars have to be cheap and eco friendly at the same time, but that doesn't mean there should be less effort in designing a car that is visually pleasing.

World's First Futuristic Solar Powered City

The world's first eco-city is being built in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, (UAE), just south of Iran, and is designed to be free of gasoline-powered cars, skyscrapers and entirely powered by the sun. The city will be called Masdar and will be a zero-carbon and zero-waste city.

Masdar will be 2.5 square miles (compared to Beverly Hills, for example, which is 5.7 square miles) and entirely surrounded by a wall. It will be home to 50,000 people, 1,000 businesses and a university. The project is being funded by the current president of the UAE, Sheikh Khalifa with a budget of $22 mil.

According to the project manager, the quality of the air will be superior to any street in the world.

Because of the intense heat of the desert sun, Masdar will have to maintain low temperatures.

Masdar will be similar in structure to ancient Arab cities. Streets will be very narrow so that buildings can shade each other and the walls and roofs of buildings will be covered with mesh like screens to keep the sun out and the breeze in.

Although the city will have to use some electricity for gadgets, some air conditioning and desalinating sea water, that’s about it as far as electric use goes.

Most of the city will be areas for walking, but for those who prefer to drive there will be podcars. (Cool! Podracing in the desert! Well, probably not at such high speeds). These podcars are driverless and powered by solar electricity.

So if these cars are already being developed for the future residents of Masdar, can’t we get them in the US too? I’d rather play my DS than drive on my way to work.

I personally want these cities to be built all around the world. I for one would definitely love to live in a city like that, would there be one in the US.

Schools in Japan came up with a brilliant way to combat children's fears of leaving home and going to school on their own for the first time, a happy Pikachu school bus!

One school in Japan advertises, "Too sad to leave your mommy? Don’t worry. As soon as you see the big yellow Pikachu bus coming to pick you up, you will stop crying!"

I actually still remember my first day of kindergarten, it was terrifying and I cried. As funny as these advertisements may be, standard yellow school buses can be intimidating when you're 6 years old. This would have definitely put a smile on my face as a kid.

I think its safe to say this isn't just the greatest school bus in Japan, but in the world.

The Haunted and Abandoned Pod City of San Zhi

This is officially the next best abandoned city after Chernobyl, (1986, Ukraine, severe nuclear plant explosion that sent radioactive fallout over an extensive geographical area.)

The city of San Zhi, (Sanjhih), Taiwan, was originally built as a luxury vacation retreat for the rich people of Taipei by the government. Because the government hired architects for the site, they are all unnamed. During construction, there were numerous fatal accidents and according to rumors, this city is now haunted by those who died building it.

The city was to consist entirely of circular, multi-colored pods stacked on top of one another. The concept behind the design was so that they could expand the buildings vertically as required, by adding more pods on top. But now that this city has been abandoned for a number of years, they are slowly completely rotting away.

Just add a million arthropod extraterrestrials and you've got a perfect set for District 9 Part 2.

It's not fair to tease - Original Assassin's Creed Game for the PS2 & Xbox (and Kristen Bell)

Now how fair is it, after releasing such a ridiculously awesome two Assassin's Creed games for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, that Ubisoft reveals to us that they were working on an original Assassin's Creed for the PS2 and Xbox. This version was to have nothing to do with Altair (like AC2) and was entirely different in itself, "a whole different story, with whole different environments and enemies and everything."

Without speaking a single word as to why the game was never released on the PS2/Xbox, it teases in an unpleasant way.

According to Ubisoft, this unreleased version of the game was being worked on by a smaller team inside of Ubisoft Montreal simultaneously with the current-generation version that was eventually released. According to Ubisoft, it was "awesome." So why cancel it dammit?? Having the sexy Kristen Bell's voice for Lucy Stillman in Assassin's Creed 1 and 2, makes it rather a shame that she didn't get the chance to dabble in this unreleased original.

Janine Jarman on Shear Genius is Genius

I absolutely adore Janine Jarman. I first learned about Janine through Shear Genius, a reality TV series focused on professional hair stylists competing in weekly elimination competitions for the best hairstylist in the United States. I instantly loved several of the competitors on the show and immediately hated others for being rude and pompous, like Brig. But after watching several episodes, it became clear that one of the hair stylists on the show was separated from the rest based on skill and creativity. She's been experimenting with hair design and technique since she was 14, so its not a wonder that Janine Jarman is so damn good. She's even done hair for the Pussycat Dolls, Carmen Electra and Scarlett Johansson! She owns her own salon in Los Angeles, cleverly named Hairroin.

In each episode of Shear Genius, stylists are given a short time frame to perform intricate hair styles that seem almost impossible. Time and time again, Janine wowed the viewers because challenges seemed like child's play to her.

Every stylist experienced weakness in the competitions through out this season. But should a girl choose one of those stylists to handle her hair, no questions asked, it would be Janine, every time.

One of the challenges was to create a 60/70s red carpet look so Janine replicated a Diana Ross hairdo!

Dinosaur bone found where it doesn't belong

Scientists uncovered a mysterious hip bone belonging to an ancestor of the T-rex in Australia. Until now, it was thought T-rex only lived in the Northern Hemisphere covering the continents of Asia, Europe and North America. This discovery, as per usual, boggles their minds..

This is discovery is hardly new, however. Paleontologist Thomas Rich discovered this hip bone along with hundreds of other fossils from a variety of species in Dinosaur Cove, in south east Australia, back in 1989. It wasn't until last year that he finally collaberated with other paleontologists to determine if any of the fossils could be identified. But the credit goes to Dr. Roger Benson of the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Cambridge, who identified the find, "The bone is unambiguously identifiable as a tyrannosaur because these dinosaurs have very distinctive hip bones," he said.

The hip bone, identified as belonging to an ancestor of the Tyrannosaurus Rex, is a newly identified dinosaur and therefore not much is known about it. It has been named "NMV P186069" and shares basic characteristics with the northern ancestors of T-Rex that lived 110 million years ago, about 40 million years before the T-Rex. As far as scientist can tell, this new dinosaur was much smaller than the T-Rex, about 175 pounds and 10 feet long and similar in height to a human as opposed to the T-Rex's 8,000 pounds and 39 feet. The hip bone itself measures about a foot, compared with 53 inches for that of a Tyrannosaurus.

The discovery raises questions about how and why these dinosaurs became dominant predators above the equator, and why they just dwindled away below it. "We really don't have much of a clue as to what Australian dinosaurs were like at the time," said tyrannosaur expert Thomas R. Holtz Jr., a paleontologist at the University of Maryland.

Playboy shoots pictures of naked women. Well Olivia Munn is certainly a woman of Playboy, but she's definitely not naked.

When Olivia was approached by Playboy to do a photoshoot, she also became one of the few women ever to do a Playboy cover and pictorial without nudity. She is the gamers' Athena.

Its like that perfectly hot character in a game that you wish would have a nude sex scene but never does. This one's just real.

Virgin Galactic Spacelines? Commercial Passenger Spaceship

For a mere $200,000 you can book a flight to space directly through Virgin Galactic. A small deposit of $20,000 secures you a spot on their next flight. Virgin Galactic has been has been taking deposits since 2005 and several hundred people worldwide have already booked their spot.

Virgin Galactic is basically getting ready to get rid of rich folk by sending them out into outer space.

SpaceShip 1 and 2 use carbon composite construction and design. Space Ship Two is 60 feet in length (One is 28 Ft) and can carry 6 passengers and 2 pilots.

Everyone gets the same seating position with 2 large windows: one side window and one overhead, for passengers to get a great view if they so chose not to float freely in space.

The spaceships are powered by a hybrid rocket motor. The pilots will be able to shut down the ship's motor at any time during its operation and glide safely back to the runway, (or leave themselves stranded in space).

Virgin Galactic will have its 200 million dollar spaceport-headquarters located on 27 sq miles at Spaceport America in New Mexico. This will be the world's first commercial spaceport and is now currently under construction.

But who can afford all that jazz? Let me know when prices cost as much as a cross country flight.

The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Officially Announced!

The new Witcher 2 looks freaking amazing! But I hate TBA release dates!

Being developed by the same company (CD Projekt RED STUDIO) as the first Witcher role playing PC game, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings will be a sequel to the first, which has sold more than 1.5 million copies worldwide on the PC alone.

The game will feature a new combat system boasted to be even smoother and guaranteeing a greater variety of tactical possibilities.

The game will be presented publicly for the first time, tomorrow, March 25th, during the CD Projekt Spring 2010 conference. The event will be transmitted on www.cdprojekt.pl/konferencje. Additionally, new video materials related to The Witcher 2 will be posted at TheWitcher.com , and on April 7th the brand new official website will be launched.

New Star Tours to re-open as Star Tours 2!

Since 2005, George Lucas has kept us all in suspense about the opening of the new star tours.

Finally, during the D23, (online community for Disney Fans), Expo in Anaheim, CA, it was announced that Star Tours in Disneyland will close October 2010 and re-open in 2011 as Star Tours II.

The new Star Tours will feature 3D high definition motion simulating podracing in Hoth, Tatooine, and Dagobah, based on Episode I, Phantom Menace!

Real Life Replica of the Modern Warfare 2 level "the Pit"

FiveFWD gadget TV show in Britain [http://fwd.five.tv/] spent over a week building a full-scale replica of "The Pit" level from Modern Warfare 2's training area. It is entirely precise in matching the pit's exact specifications, how many targets there are, the distance between them and the layout of the level.

Then, Jason Bradbury, the host of the gadget show, challenged a real life Special Forces Solider, a specialized sniper, to race to the end of the level, take down all targets with live ammunition and avoid civilians. Jason playing on the Xbox 360 version of the game, of course.

Maybe the special forces solider wasn't getting attacked back at with real ammunition, maybe Jason Bradbury had gone through this level numerous times and knew where every target would be located, but its still pretty damn cool.

Warner Bros will bring Bleach to the big screen!

Since Bleach's original release as manga back in 2001, it has become immensely popular all over the world and adapted as an animated TV series.

Bleach is an adventure about a young kid named Ichigo Kurosaki, who suddenly becomes immensely powerful and takes up the responsibilities of defeating evil spirits with a giant sword, his zanpaktou. The animated series, written and illustrated by Tite Kubo, has appeared in Shōnen Jump, a japanese manga publication, since August of 2001.

Now Warner Brothers will bring Bleach to the big screen, to be produced by Peter Segal, Michael Ewing and Bleach's U.S. manga publisher Viz Media.

Over time, the series has inspired 2 original video animations, 3 animated feature films, 7 rock musicals, and several video games, (none that I particularly am a fan of).

New Nintendo 3DS

The up and coming Nintendo 3DS, is said to be released sometime between April 2010 and March 2011 but Nintendo promises to reveal the new hand held DS during the E3 trade show in LA, in June. The 3DS will be capable of producing 3D graphics, without the need for 3D glasses and will be backwards compatible with the entire line of Nintendo DS products.

And according to Luke Plunkett at Kotaku, he believes the 3DS will feature 2 cameras, using them to track the movement of the handheld and/or the player and display the 3D effects. Nintendo president Satoru Iwata said that Nintendo's next handheld will have to have a sensor that would be able to read people's playing movements.

Oliva Munn makes the Munndays all better. She brings a little sunshine into our lives appearing on the cover of Marc Ecko's 8th anniversary Complex Magazine, a men's style/lifestyle magazine.

Marvel Comics illustrators Mike Choi and Sonia Oback provided the woodland creatures for Oliva to play around with for her shoot.

Olivia Munn: Actually, they just gave me another role in the film. I had to reshoot all of my scenes.

Wait, didn't they start filming like last year or something?

Olivia Munn: Yeah, but as they started to edit they realized it was becoming darker than what they'd expected and what my scenes had allowed for. My parts were lighthearted and comedic.

Yikes.

Olivia Munn: Jon Favreau called and was like, "I've got good news and bad news: This is what's happening in editing but we all really like you." Marvel and Jon had to add another character from the Marvel universe to keep me included.

Another cool Google Maps Mashup - Dig to the other side of the world from your backyard

Adam Davis from Michigan, who runs the basics.com site came up with the Google Maps mashup called Dig Hole. The point of this mashup is to allow users to drag a map to a location of their choice and simultaneously see on another map where they would end up, should they dig through the Earth, directly to the other side.

Again, if we select Los Angeles, CA, we end up somewhere in the middle of the Indian Ocean.

CarlosLabs, an Australia-based company dealing in data architecture and management, cooperated with Google Maps to come up with a new mashup of technologies and created "Nuke It!"

You simply input your location, for example, Los Angeles, CA, choose the missile of your choice, (including Little Boy and Fat Man, used in WW2 against Japan), and click "Nuke It!" Depending on the caliber of your chosen missile, various ranges of damage will be predicted on the Google Map location. I chose the "Tsar Bomba" considered as the largest man-made explosion yet and used as propaganda by the back then Soviet Union. I watched as the diameter of damage instantly populated the Google Maps application, with Los Angeles in the center, darkest, innermost circle representing total annihilation, and extending to Malibu on the northern coast and Huntington Beach in the south where it would cause first-degree skin burns.

The Ground Zero sequel also includes pressure waves and fallout based on user-selected prevailing wind directions.

Inhabitable Planet FOUND!

I cannot possibly contain my excitement when I found out that scientists have discovered the holy grail of all planets, the potentially inhabitable "Gliese 581 d".

Gliese 581 d is slightly larger than Earth and possibly has oceans on the surface. The planet orbits a star called Gliese 581, and is only about 20 light years away, compared to Corot-9b, the Jupiter and Mercury-like planet discovered about 1,500 light years from Earth. Its predicted to be a rocky planet. Although scientists currently observe the planet to be slightly colder than Earth, if enough greenhouse gases are being produced by the planet, the temperature could be adequate to support liquid water and life.

In August of 2009, Hello From Earth, a website launched by the Australian Cosmos Magazine, sent over 25,000 individual messages via radio telescope in English to Gliese 581 d in hopes of getting a response one day. Because of the great distance, (20.5 light years), the planet would receive the messages only by 2029 and the earliest possible response would reach us in 2049. Well I'm hoping that by 2029 we'll be advanced enough to actually go to the planet and deliver a message in person.

I am disappointed that I was misfortunate to be unaware of this project back in 2009. Had I been aware, I would have sent a message too. Reading some of the messages people sent over made me wonder if they watch Star Trek on Gliese.

My thoughts are, if Gliese, or any planet in the universe for that matter, had technology more advanced than ours, I'm pretty sure sure they would have said hello by now. Perhaps nobody likes us, but there is life on any planet, I think they ar eeither going to be microorganisms or they are also trying to figure out how to get to Earth.

Gliese 581 d

Alan Boss, an astrophysicist at Carnegie Institution in Washington, D.C., estimates that there is one habitable planet around every sun-like star in the galaxy! There are about 10 billion sun-like stars in the galaxy and about 100 billion galaxies in the universe, conclusively estimating that life is likely to be widespread.

In honor of St. Patrick

The most vivid, extraordinary picture from space of Ireland graced the NASA archive in honor of St. Patrick's Day. How brilliant they were able to capture the entire island with barely a cloud overhead!

Major props to NASA's Aqua satellite for performing it's duties back in 2003 and honoring the day of St. Patrick, seven years later. How nice would it be to celebrate this occasion on the mainland, or even from space if the view is this nice.

New Planet Discovered - Most similiar to our solar system!

The exciting news reached me this morning that Corot-9b, orbiting the constellation of Serpens, located 1,500 light years from Earth, was discovered. I was surprised the discovery wasn't made by our own NASA Kepler Mission but by the CoRoT satellite, operated by the National Center of Space Studies in France. Corot-9b (why did the French give it such an unfashionable name?) was discovered after 145 days of observations during the summer of 2008. With a size similar to Jupiter and an orbit like Mercury's, Corot-9b is made up mostly of gases like hydrogen and helium.

Out of the 400 exoplanets so far discovered, Corot-9b apparently has the most normal, temperate conditions comparable to planets in our solar system, ranging from -4 to 320 degrees Fahrenheit. Although those hot temperatures don't exactly exude excitement about sustainable life, this is a step in the direction leading to the discovery of an ‘Earth-like’ planet.

species of shrimp found 600 feet under ice in Antarctica

Last year, the world got news of an ancient colony of microbes thriving without oxygen, warmth or light that was found underneath Taylor Glacier, in the McMurdo Dry Valleys, Antarctica. Scientists marveled at how it was possible they survived for 1.5 million years, guessing at their nourishment having been the heavy deposits of iron that now bleed red from the gushing Taylor Glacier Blood Falls.

As March of 2010 rolled around, NASA scientists drilling for water in an Antarctic ice sheet brought to us the news of discovering not one, but two species living over 600 feet beneath ice, equally harsh conditions as the Blood Falls microbes. Oddly enough, this discovery at Pine Island Glacier took place not too far Blood Falls. One of the species, Lyssianasid Amphipod, is a close relative of the shrimp; the other a tentacle from a foot long jellyfish.

The discovery of these life forms living in these conditions may just allow for scientists to gain insight as to what type of life could potentially be sustained under the seas of Europa, one of Jupiter's moons, which have similarly harsh, cold, dark conditions. Now blogs all over the net are buzzing about the possibilities of extraterrestrial life and I'm wondering, what the heck is going on under Antarctica??

Cloud Computing is on the horizon of the gaming planet. OnLive is schedule to launch this summer, making it possible to play 360 and PS3 games directly from my less than capable laptop. Boy am I excited!

Professor Chandra Wickramasinghe, now I like that guy's style. Studying astronomical discoveries of the past 30 years, he wrote a scientific paper with supporting evidence that life originated elsewhere 3.8 billion years ago and traveled to Earth in the form of organic molecules.

Alien life that looks like something from the Alien movies, that is just scary, but if the life on Earth originated from somewhere in the galaxy and looked something like us, that I'd be cool with.

Blood Falls located in the Taylor Glacier in Antarctica might be a good place to start, considering the microbes located there are among the oldest living organisms on the planet. Still, scientists should be paying closer attention to the pre-Cambrian stromatolites in Glacier National Park in Montana which are 3.5 billion year old fossilized algae microbes.

While it sounds funny to say that "all humans are aliens from outer space," IJA (04 Feb 2010), it wouldn't be that bizarre to find a Pandora out there, I know we're all day dreaming about it.
